English premier league giant, Liverpool FC have signed AS Roma’s former Chelsea FC player, Mohamed Salah on 5 year deal worth 39m euro (£34m).
Salah is gifted with unique dribbling skills and speed, making him a well priced commodity on the footballing market and Liverpool were eager to get him to help complete their squad, this was shown when the pulled him to sign for them even before the transfer window is officially open.
He completed the his move from Italy’s Seria A second place team, a position which he played a pivotal role to make sure the club achieved with 15 goals in 31 appearances last term.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said Salah has “the perfect mix of experience and potential”, adding: “This is a really exciting signing for us.
“I have followed him since he emerged at Basle and he has matured into a really good player.
“His pace is incredible, he gives us more attacking threat and we are already strong in this area. I like that we will make it even more competitive.”
